Privacy policy.

Plain words about what happens to the information you send us. Last updated October 5, 2026.

Who we are

This website belongs to Elias Mensah Ministries, based in Atlanta, GA. When this page says “we,” it means the ministry and its team. You can reach us at booking@example.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site: a booking request or the newsletter sign-up. That is usually your name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, your role, details about your event, and anything you add in the message box.

Our website host keeps ordinary server logs (such as the date and your browser type) so the site stays online and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request and, if you signed up for the newsletter, to send it. We follow up by email. Every email gives you a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to us at any time to stop hearing from us.

We do not sell your information

We never sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the tools we use to receive and answer your messages, such as our website host and our email system, and only so they can do that job for us.

Children

This site is for adults and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email booking@example.com and we will delete it.

Video and links

Some pages show a YouTube video or link to other sites, such as giving and ticketing pages. Those are run by other companies, and they follow their own privacy policies when you use them.

How long we keep it

We keep a form message for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep ordinary ministry records, about two years after your last contact. Ask us any time and we will delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to booking@example.com or call (404) 555-0142.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
